Wild Free-Roaming Horses and Burros Act

Our rangelands are collapsing. Wildlife populations are vanishing. Wild horses are starving, dying, or being warehoused at taxpayer expense. Why? Because Congress continues to block the enforcement of the 1971 Wild Free-Roaming Horses and Burros Act, a law meant to ensure balance between animals, habitat, and responsible land use.  It’s time to restore balance. Remove the harmful “rider.” Enforce the law as written.
