Dustin W. Noblitt, is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Pro Equine Group, Inc and RHE Hat-Co. He represents one of the largest western lifestyle companies in the world.
The Pro Equine Group consists of several business units that manufacture and market to horsemen, ranchers and team ropers under the well-known brand names Cactus Ropes, Cactus Gear, Cactus Saddlery, Heel-O-Matic, and Fast Back Ropes. World Champions and everyday ranchers alike utilize the ‘tools of the trade’ that each of these brands represent. As a rancher and roper, himself, Dustin understands the quality and experience needed from each of the products these companies produce.
RHE Hat-Co is the largest hat manufacturer in the world and makes legendary hat brands including Stetson, Resistol and Charlie1Horse hats. All the fur felt hats are made 100% in Texas as Hat-Co owns their own hat body facility in Longview, Texas. Overseeing nearly 500 employees that make up the Hat-Co family, Dustin provides leadership to continue the tradition of hand crafting our fur felt hats from fur to finish entirely in the USA!
Rich in history, the Stetson hat brand is one of the most widely recognized brands in the world. As it did in 1865, when John B. Stetson founded the company, Stetson still embodies the resourceful, authentic, and diverse American spirit. Stetson was born from the spirit of the West and quickly grew to become an American icon.
Since 1927, Resistol hats have provided cowboys and ranchers with the finest headwear available for the western lifestyle. Sponsoring major western events such as The Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association and the World Series of Team Roping keeps Resistol the industry icon in the cowboy lifestyle. The tagline for Resistol is “We Live It Every Day” and Dustin truly lives up to this statement as he lives the western lifestyle through his company leadership as well as his ranching and roping skills.
Dustin is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo where he was a member of the Cal Poly Rodeo Team. He and his wife, Marna reside parttime in Solvang, CA and have a home in Texas as well. They have two daughters, Sadie, and Avery.
